As a founding team member of THNK, I was asked to oversee their branding and communications to recruit advisory board members and post-graduate students. During the development of the THNK curriculum, before the first student even signed up, I worked to discover how THNK talks and what topics this fledgling school would report on in their blog.
THNK School of Creative Leadership
A unique brand vision for a successful start-up
Logo discussions were well underway when I started, but after spending time among the board, staff and teachers, I felt strongly that the design proposals should be more dynamic, to reflect the excitement I sensed when witnessing rapid prototyping, pressure cooker sessions and the amazing potential unfolding daily.
Lucky for me, the director was open these new insights. It was great to work closely with my colleagues at Lava to achieve THNK’s distinctive visual branding. Later I was asked to be their Director Marketing & Communications, and organized everything up to an amazing launch event – with royalty among our guests – created together with Mondo Mediterraneo.
