As the world’s first humanitarian travel organization, Raptim struggled with a name change and a complex customer based of NGOs and missionaries. Based on their rich history, I created a unique brand personality, a strong tone of voice, a clear strategic brand story, a new tagline as well as a website, blogs, guidelines and more.

This experience helped me understand the complexities of the humanitarian aid world. So I was ready when Irmes, a leading supplier of medical supplies to NGOs, UN organizations and others, needed help with their branding and messaging.
